Led by Dr. Rosalina T. De Vera, Ph.D., PRC Licensed Guidance Counselor, the activities shown include individual guidance counseling, psychological assessment sessions, group consultations, and outreach work with schools and institutional partners. Whether working with children referred for learning or behavioral concerns, adults navigating personal or career challenges, or couples and families seeking professional support, each session reflects the same standard of care that has defined RTV Counseling since its founding in 2015.
